I'm Lee and I can't wait to discuss your next project. My wife and I moved to Colorado in 2019 and have embraced this community as our home. Originally from Texas, I brought my Realtor expertise and my construction know-how to this beautiful state. As we assist you in creating your dream build project, know that we will stand beside you every step of the way. Iggy Beljovkin
If you can’t pronounce my name its ok, just call me Iggy and we can get started! I have lived in Colorado Springs since 1995 and have quite literally grown up together with this town. It is an honor to be able to share with you my knowledge and experience of living in the Springs through construction and real estate.
